1. Tokyo Plenary Meeting Registration

Conference registration will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 14 in the 1st Floor Foyer.

On or around May 8th, a registration QR code will be emailed to participants. This message will automatically be sent to the primary email address provided in your registration form. Please check your spam folder in case it is not delivered to your inbox. If you have not received this code by May 10th, please email tcapac.tokyo2026@ihj.global for assistance.

Upon arriving, kindly present your QR code to the registration desk. The code will then be scanned and a name badge will be printed on site. If you do not have your QR code available, please provide staff with your name and affiliation.

After completing registration and collecting materials, please remember to pick up your table name placard located next to the registration desk before the meeting begins.

Meeting doors will open 30 minutes before the session starts.

For security reasons, participants are requested to wear their badges at all times while attending the conference.

2. Dress CodeTokyo Plenary Dress Code

Dress code at Meiji Kinenkan: Formal

» Dress code is business attire for all conference sessions and meal events. 

For the May 15th Spouse Program: Flat shoes are recommended. The tour includes walking on gravel paths and uneven surfaces (particularly at the Meiji Shrine). 

Kyoto Dress Code: 

  • May 16th Kyoto Dinner: Dress is business suit attire

  • May 17th Day Program: Dress is business casualParticipants are requested to wear socks-- shoes may need to be removed when entering temple buildings. Flat shoes are strongly recommended, as the tour includes walking on gravel paths and uneven surfaces (again, largely at the shrines and temple grounds). 

3. Seating Arrangements

Conference seating is generally open, with the exception of designated tables.

Kindly set your name placard on your table when you take your seat.

  • May 15 Evening Reception North American Cocktail Reception taking place at the hotel (La Lune, 41st floor) from 5-7pm. Please make your own arrangements for dinner that evening.

  • May 15 & 16 Breakfast: (for participants staying at The Okura Tokyo only): Available from 7:30-8:45 AM in the Heian Room (1st Floor)
