Our Global Plenary meeting is by invitation only. Please do not forward or share the registration link. Each participant must complete online registration. Please be advised that all sessions will take place under the Chatham House rule, off-the-record.

Spousal registration: For any spouse or partner accompanying a member and participating in the Spouse Program and meals, a fee of USD $2,000 will apply. Please click on the link to pay for your spouse at the time of registration.
Spouse / Partner Program (May 15)
Registered participants are requested to gather in the Hotel Okura Tokyo Lobby (5th Floor) by 9:45 AM.
Please note that the bus will depart promptly at 10 AM.
The program is scheduled to conclude at approximately 4 pm at The Okura Tokyo.
Footwear: Flat shoes are recommended, as the tour includes walking on gravel paths and uneven surfaces (particularly the Meiji Shrine).
Spouse / Partner Program Itinerary
10:00 – 10:30 AM: Depart from Okura Tokyo (by bus)
10:30 – 12:00 PM: Kintsugi Cultural Experience
12:30 – 2:15 PM: Lunch at the Restaurant Togo-Kinenkan
2:25 – 3:30 PM: Meiji Jingu Shrine Visit
3:30 – 4:00 PM: Return to the Okura Tokyo (by bus)

Tokyo Plenary Dress Code: Dress is business attire for all conference sessions and meal events.
For the May 15th Spouse Program: Flat shoes are recommended. The tour includes walking on gravel paths and uneven surfaces (particularly at the Meiji Shrine).
Kyoto Dress Code:
May 16th Welcome Dinner: Dress is business suit attire.
May 17th Day Program: Dress is business casual. Participants are requested to wear socks-- shoes may need to be removed when entering temple buildings. Flat shoes are strongly recommended, as the tour includes walking on gravel paths and uneven surfaces (again, largely at the shrines and temple grounds).
